IS THE
LIFE OF A CHILD WORTH
THE COST OF A LATTE TO YOU?
Its an extremely thought provoking headline
isn’t it?
It’s intended to make you sit up and think about Life and Death.
You don't need me to tell
you that children around the world are dying day after day, hour by hour
and minute by minute. But you may need me to tell you how you can do
something about it. NOW
Welcome to The Safe
Haven Project and the Latte Factor!
The Safe Haven Project (www.safehavenproject.com) was started in 2006 to
help save the lives of the children left orphaned and homeless by the
Tsunami and subsequent earthquakes.
! Yes there are still
homeless orphans !
Just recently 6 small
children were left homeless once again as their carer was tragically
killed in a road traffic accident.
The Safe Haven Project has welcomed them under its wings, but money is
so desperately needed to care for the increasing numbers
The Latte Factor is an
internationally recognised metaphor for how we squander money without
giving it a second thought. Just by donating one days equivalent you
could save a child from
Disease, squalor, lack of
education, and DEATH.
I am asking you to give some
thought today to this today because I need your help to keep these
children alive.
All I am asking of you is to
give less than the cost a cup of your daily Latte.
Of course the Latte Factor
could be applied to anything you buy on a regular basis ~ a packet of
cigarettes ~ a daily packet of crisps for children. Use the attached
file to use the Latte Factor because we are hoping that these figures
will encourage you to make that donation.
Wouldn’t you agree that
the price of a cup of coffee is such a small thing to ask for?
THEN THERE'S A QUICK WAY TO HELP SAVE A CHILDS LIFE AND PLEASE REMEMBER
THAT FOR SOME
~ MONEY IS THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
